- 1. Central Debtor Register means the BIG database held by Biuro Informacji Gospodarczej S.A..
- 2. The Polish Banks Association database means the BANK REGISTER kept by the Polish Banks Association including information on consumers and entrepreneurs from the bank account.
- 3. The BIK database means the database created by Biuro Informacji Kredytowej S.A. including information about consumers and entrepreneurs from the bnking sector.
- 4. Services and limits within the framework of the subscriptions do not accrue in the following months.
- 5. Client bears the costs of returned registered mail.
- 6. The fees determined in the the Subscription Prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be calculated at the rate prevailing on the date of the issue of the invoice.
- 7. Activation fee (item no. 4) is charge in the first settlement period starting from the commencement of the cooperation with BIG InfoMonitor.
- 8. In the event of the Client's selection of any of the services referred to in item 3. "Mailing notification and requests to pay", Client will entrust BIG InfoMonitor the address data of the persons or entities for whom the mailing i intended for the pur
